Frequently Asked Questions

Usually all orders will process within one hour and local deliveries within Uganda will be done on the same day after the order has been processed and international deliveries will be done in 1 to 2 working days after the order has been processed.

All orders will be processed and shipped from MONDAY to SATURDAY. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and or shipped the following business day.

About Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders shipped maybe subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the receipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Dansoft Gamers has no control over these charges, nor can Dansoft Gamers predict what they may be.

 

NOTE: For far deliveries (Includes regions far from Kampala city and outside Uganda), We shall use bus companies for delivery but are limited to major cities. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter.

All digital and downloadable products are available instantly after purchase.

 

After purchase you will receive and comfirmation email with a link to your product.

Your also find your digital purchases in your account under inventory.

Only Mobile Money is acceptable for digital products
Other international payment methods like PayPal and Visa cards are acceptable if available.

To protect against fraud and as part of standard security measures, we will occasionally hold orders and you will receive a message from us. Your order will be reviewed by one of our agents and should be cleared within 12 hours.

Product Activation Process

How will I receive my instant download key?

After payment has been approved, your game key will be included in your order confirmation email. You can access your key by following a link in the email. Next, you can activate your key on its corresponding platform.

If you’ve pre-ordered a game, your key will be delivered to your email a day before the official (or early access) release date. You will also receive a notification via email when your key becomes available.

Activate with Origin:

  1. Download and install the Origin client on your PC
    (//www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download), then sign up and log in.
  2. Locate your Origin key in your dansoftgamers.co account in inventory, and copy it to your clipboard by clicking the clipboard icon at the bottom right of the product activation key.
  3. Open the Origin client, click on the “My Account” section, and then the “Redeem Product Code” tab.
  4. Paste the key from your clipboard by pressing “Ctrl+V”, click “Next” to confirm and the game will now be added to your library.
  5. Your new game is now activated and ready to download. Once downloaded it will be ready to play!

Ensure that you are activating your game through the Steam application. The Steam website cannot be used to activate a game.

  1. Download and install the Steam client on your PC.
    (//store.steampowered.com/about/), then sign up and log in.
  2. Locate your Stream key in your dansoftgamers.co account in inventory, and copy it to your clipboard by clicking the clipboard icon at the bottom right of the product activation key.
  3. Open the Steam client and locate the “+ ADD A GAME...” button on the bottom left of the window. Click this and choose the “Activate a Product on Steam…” option.
  4. Paste the key from your clipboard in the “Product Code” section when asked, and follow the rest of the prompts to add the game to your library.
  5. Your game is now viewable in the “Library” tab, and is available to download/install when you’re ready!

Activate with Xbox One/360 Console:

  1. Load the “Home” screen (make sure you’re signed in), and navigate right to “Store”
  2. In “Categories”, select “Games”.
  3. Choose the “Use a code” option.
  4. Select the option to “enter the 25 character code”, and enter the code you received in your dansoftgamers.co confirmation email.

Web Browser

  1. Load a web browser and go to this address: //live.xbox.com/redeemtoken
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
  3. Enter the game code from your email and click “Next”; follow the prompts to confirm.

PS4/PS3 Console:

  1. Log into your PSN (PlayStation Network) account.
  2. Click on the “Playstation Store” icon.
  3. From the menu on the left, select “Redeem Code”.
  4. Enter the code you received in your confirmation email from dansoftgamers.co, and continue with the prompts.
  5. You can download your game onto your system now, or at any time from the “Purchased” tab under “Library”.

Web Browser

  1. Load your web browser, follow this link (//store.playstation.com/), and log into your PSN account
  2. Click on the “Account” tab, and then select “Redeem Prepaid Card” from the menu on the left.
  3. After entering the code from your dansoftgamers.co confirmation email, you will see a list of the items you are about to receive. Scroll to the bottom and click “Redeem”.
  4. You can navigate to the “Media” tab to ensure your content is now available.

PS Vita

  1. Load your web browser, follow this link (//store.playstation.com/), and log into your PSN account
  2. Click on the “Account” tab, and then select “Redeem Prepaid Card” from the menu on the left.
